Course structure

Introductory Training
For whom?
You are a candidate for the position of 'line worker'. After successfully completing the job interview and onboarding process, you will be encountering 3NS machines and technologies for the first time, while also learning about work techniques and the company's environment. Your interest will be reflected in acquiring skills essential in the industrial sector.
What will you learn?
You will learn methods of self-protection and workplace safety, including ŚOI standards. You will be taught teamwork following the instructions of a supervisor, handling equipment loading and unloading, assembling toolsets, connecting media, and assisting in preparing materials (dry ice, paint). You will master manual and mechanical work techniques, the use of mechanical tools, preparing St2 surfaces for painting, high-pressure washing according to Wa1 standards, cleaning with cotton cleaners, and utilizing 3NS technology under supervision. You will also learn to demobilize the work site after completing tasks.
Level 1
For whom?
You are a line worker who has become acquainted with 3NS technologies through initial practice. You have gained initial experience and recognition for your knowledge of the technology and work in 3NS environments, achieving a rating of at least 4/5. Characterized by commitment and effectiveness, you skillfully pack and unpack equipment, build the workspace, assemble tools, operate a 500bar pressure washer, have conducted tests of 3NS services, identify basic equipment problems, and are familiar with the expected outcomes of various cleaning technologies.
What will you learn?
Level 1 training enables you to fully integrate into the company's work system, be assigned to tasks, and organize execution trips. You will be ready for effective action, understand your role in the team, carry out the instructions of the execution manager, know the equipment sets, techniques for connecting the sets, and cooperate with more experienced colleagues from the squad. You will show initiative for further learning and eagerness to proceed to the next training at Level 2.
Level 2
For whom?
You are someone who has acquired comprehensive knowledge from the introductory and first levels. Your skills have been confirmed in practice, resulting in a recommendation from managers to participate in Level 2 training. You are characterized by a responsible and cautious approach to work and the ambition to perform services independently or manage a work station.
What will you learn?
You will have the ability to work independently, parameterize equipment, and take full responsibility for the work station. You will learn how to manage the efficiency of the work station, working with 1-2 people, diagnose equipment problems, and perform minor repairs using repair kits. You will pass on your knowledge to less experienced employees and delve into technologies with a second priority - less commonly used but more technologically advanced.
Level 3
For whom?
You are someone who has successfully passed Level 2 tests. You are characterized by responsibility and have prospects for long-term cooperation with the company. You are a line worker who independently organizes work, teaches others the trade, selects the appropriate technologies for specific requirements, services equipment, and coordinates work. You have the ability to optimize work through creative suggestions and tests, and you also demonstrate good communication within the team. You are capable of replacing the execution manager on-site.
What will you learn?
As a Specialist, you will acquire the skills to properly assess the level of surface preparation for painting. You will independently prepare paint, apply spray painting to the required thickness, measure coating thickness both wet and dry, and conduct measurements of application conditions. You will learn to repair equipment, including using repair kits, adjustments, and part replacements. You will select nozzles and heads, operate machines such as Falch Trailjet125, Falch Trailjet 250, Peinemann exchanger cleaning machines, spherical heads for tank cleaning, etc. In the absence of the manager, you will have the highest level of responsibility for the team, equipment, service quality, and customer property.
