Maintenance of MV/LV and HV/MV stations under voltage
Maintenance of electrical equipment is an essential element in the proper and safe functioning of the energy distribution process. Our technology allows for maintenance without the need to plan outages, is ecologically safe, and also extends the life of components.
We recommend support after short-circuit incidents, at non-switchable stations, stations requiring backup with generators and stations requiring a 5-year inspection, whose condition requires considerable work.
- We implemented work at PPN based on proprietary dry gas technology
- We use certified nozzles and tools
- The works are performed in accordance with the PPN instructions based on current regulations
Stages of work performed:
- EXTERNAL INSPECTION - where we assess the condition of the transformer chamber, medium and low voltage switchboard rooms
- INSPECTION INSIDE THE STATION - performed with a special camera that allows verification of hard-to-reach places
- THERM VISION TESTS - to diagnose possible irregularities
- PRELIMINARY CLEANING - dry method from a distance to remove the largest dirt
- BASIC CLEANING - through the cleaning mixture feeding system and the system
- BASIC CLEANING - through the cleaning mixture feeding system and the suction system with the principle of thorough cleaning of each component
- MEASUREMENTS - carrying out comprehensive protective measurements in the scope of MV/LV stations
